UConn’s Center for Neurodiversity and Employment Innovation and Wells Fargo’s Neurodiversity Program have developed a unique curriculum for employers that instructs them in practices for sourcing, interviewing, and supporting neurodivergent individuals in full-time professional roles (or internship) through a robust, research-based neurodiversity initiative for their company.  The full day workshop on March 4, 2025 will provide companies who are ready to launch a program with the tools and knowledge they need to set it up.
