Esi currently serves as the EY Houston Office Managing Principal. She leads the EY Houston office of nearly 1,800 people and is responsible for expanding the firm’s market position, connecting with our community and fostering a supportive and inclusive culture for all employees.
 
Esi has been serving Energy clients in Houston for nearly two decades and has over 28 years of risk advisory experience across various industries in the US, Europe and Africa. Before assuming the role of Houston Managing Principal, she was the EY Global Advisory Internal Audit Leader, responsible for driving transformation, innovation and growth for EY Internal Audit services globally, working with our clients across industries and geographies.   
 
Esi is a UK Chartered Accountant (FCA) with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of Reading, UK. She has also completed the Harvard and Kellogg Executive Management programs.
