Jeff Sipes is responsible for overseeing the total S&B enterprise, which employs more than 4,500 people in multiple offices throughout the US and abroad.
After earning his bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University, Jeff embarked on a career as a civil engineer and today has more than 30 years of experience in the EPC industry. In 2010, he was elected to the Texas Tech Civil Engineering Academy and continues to serve as an ambassador for the University’s International Experience Program.
In his free time Jeff enjoys the outdoors, cycling and fishing, as well as spending time with his wife Meredith and their four children.
