Jessica Schreiber Solera
Jessica Solera is a Partner at Bain & Company, a leading global consultancy with offices in more than 40 countries, which helps the world’s most ambitious change makers define the future.
Jessica leads Bain’s Houston office and counsels senior executives on addressing changing market dynamics, accelerating organic growth, extending competitive differentiation, and winning in the energy transition. She advises clients in the energy, industrials, and technology industries.
Bain & Company is consistently recognized as a top employer around the world, and Jessica is passionate about developing and inspiring the next generation of leaders. She has served in numerous talent development and social impact-focused roles throughout her 15+ year tenure at Bain.
At the Greater Houston Partnership, Jessica serves on the steering committee for the Executive Women’s Partnership, where she connects and engages Houston’s business and community leaders.
A native Houstonian, Jessica graduated from the Kinkaid School. She holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and History from Duke University, and she earned an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Jessica lives in Houston with her husband Josh and their three children. An active member of the Houston community, Jessica serves on the Boards of Directors for the Prelude Music Foundation and the Evelyn Rubenstein Jewish Community Center of Houston.
