Board of Directors
Kelly Hall
Kelly Hall grew up in Houston, Texas, and attended and graduated from Texas A&M University in 1992 with a B.S. in Construction Science. He joined Harvey | Harvey-Cleary over 30 years ago as an Assistant Project Manager and since then has worked his way up to Chief Executive Officer.
Before becoming CEO, Kelly led large complex projects from preconstruction until punch list completion. Due to the nature of these projects, he often managed large construction teams, giving direction on resolving problems and maintaining the safety, schedule, and budget integrity of complex projects.
As CEO, Kelly oversees the Harvey | Harvey-Cleary organization of over 700 employees across five offices, building projects throughout the continental United States. While he enjoys the construction industry challenges, Kelly attests that the high-caliber individuals who work at Harvey | Harvey-Cleary make his job easier.
Kelly currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Associated General Contractors of America and the Rice Design Alliance and is the current President of the Board for the ALS Association of Texas. He is a former University of Houston Architectural Leadership Council member. In addition, Kelly is a former member of the Texas A&M Construction Industry Advisory Council and a lifetime member of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo.
Kelly and his wife Charlotte have been married for 27 years and have two grown children. The family has always been active in their community, including past involvement with Youth Sports and their local Education Foundation.
