LaTanya has over 25 years of experience as a C-suite advisor, organizational development practitioner, and systems facilitator working across industries and sectors to help shape diversity and inclusion strategy and develop groundbreaking, multi-stakeholder initiatives that achieve positive social impact.

She is a certified Organization & Relationship Systems (ORSC™) coach and values her role in creating spaces where human connection can flourish. LaTanya is sought-after speaker for conferences, leadership teams and employee networks, and served on the National Work Equity Advisory Council and is a member of the 8 Million Stories Advisory Board. Her work has been honored by the Houston Business Journal, National Women’s Conference, FDIC and others.

LaTanya holds an MPAff degree from the University of Texas at Austin LBJ School of Public Affairs, completed a Public Policy and International Affairs Fellowship at UC Berkely Goldman School of Public Policy, and earned a bachelor’s in sociology from Trinity University.
