Tony Lin, M.D., joined Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in 1993 and served as Kelsey-Seybold’s Chairman of the Board and CEO since 2016. Today, he leads an accomplished executive management team that includes established administrative and medical professionals dedicated to the continued innovation and growth of Kelsey-Seybold Clinic. Dr. Lin and his team are committed to “changing the way health cares” by evolving the way the clinic achieves improved quality, better value with lower total cost of care, and a better experience for patients.
 
Kelsey-Seybold Clinic is a 600-provider-strong health system supported by more than 4,500 employees, with 32 locations serving the Greater Houston metro area. In addition to its own five-star rated Medicare Advantage plan, Kelsey-Seybold Clinic partners with many health plans to offer KelseyCare – a high performance, capitated, commercial, accountable care health plan. Already a nationally recognized value-based care organization, under Dr. Lin’s leadership, Kelsey-Seybold previously partnered with TPG, and now has joined Optum Health, to expand our accountable care offerings in the Greater Houston area and neighboring communities. Kelsey-Seybold is expanding the existing physical footprint by adding more locations, including cancer centers, ambulatory surgery centers, and advanced imaging centers, to bring even more convenient care to our patients.
 
Dr. Lin received his medical degree and completed his residency training at Baylor College of Medicine.  He continues to see patients at the Berthelsen Main Campus near the Texas Medical Center. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and a Diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Lin serves on the board of directors for CommonSpirit Health - Texas Division, CVS Aetna Healthcare Advisory Board, and Kelsey Research Foundation Board. He enjoys volunteering with his friends and family for various causes. He grew up in Houston and is an avid sports fan of all Houston-based teams!
